My company is fairly new. I just started just this year of May 2024. I am a small minority woman, whose nature is assisting help individuals, community and environment. Having experience working in the healthcare industry for 25 years in a corporate hospital as well as in a clinic; both in clinical and non clinical setting as in management/operations, it help me involve to learn and expand all aspects of business in different parts in a Emergency room setting. In clinical setting, I established relationship with patients, visitors and coworker through listening and understanding their needs as i provide, directed and assisted in their needs by facilitating request as needed. On the operational side, i learn the the tools to navigate, provide and operate request from departments and doctor request which led my to learn how business operates thew different departments as afar as purchasing, ordering, directing, delivering supplies and other goods as well as policies, procedures and protocols. This experience has evolve me to expand my passion in providing services and goods to the community in my own way
